What this is

Moonwake is an awake-time timer: it suggests what to do with the baby between naps and when it is time for sleep. The schedules are built from age norms and from your own edits.

Not a medical recommendation

The app's hints are a reference point, not a doctor's prescription. Every child is different: if anything about their sleep or wellbeing worries you, see a paediatrician. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the app's hints.

Account

An account is required to use the service. It is created with an email address, without a password. The child's record is created on the server while you are online; after that the timer, the records and the notifications work without a connection, and the device and the server reconcile when it is back. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. The account can be deleted at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Free and paid

The timer, the schedules by age, “My day”, the calendar and syncing between devices are free. If paid features appear, we will say so separately and in advance; what is free will stay free.

What is not allowed

Interfering with the service, guessing other people's sign-in codes, using the service for anything other than its purpose.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running around the clock, but we do not guarantee there will be no interruptions. The timer and the notifications on the device work even without a connection to the server.
